Water Vision 2047 : Everyone will Have to Unite for Water Security – PM Narendra Modi

Water Vision 2047 : The Vision @ 2047 conference is going on in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh on Thursday morning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also join the event from Delhi. He started it. The conference is being organized at the Kushabhau Thackeray Convention Center in the capital.

PM Modi has said that the first All India Conference of Water Ministers of the country is very important in itself. Today India is doing unprecedented work on water security. Investing too. In our constitutional system, the subject of water comes under the control of the state.

PM Modi on Water Vision 2047

PM Modi said that we can organize events for water awareness. Jal Jeevan Mission can a major development parameter of your state to provide water to every household. Modi said that industries and agriculture are such sectors which naturally require water. We have to run a special campaign for the people associate with both the sectors to make them aware of water security.

What Else PM Modi says

For water conservation, the central government has start the Atal Bhu Sanrakshan Yojana. This is a sensitive campaign. This needs to be taken further. Gram Panchayats should prepare a plan for the next 5 years and place it before the Centre. Water budget has prepare at the panchayat level in some states. Other states can also adopt it. We have to come out of government policies to solve the problems related to water even at the policy level. We have to identify the problem and connect technology and especially startups for its solution.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan also address in the conference. Chouhan said that earlier these issues were not discuss at all. Didn’t even know how many water bodies there are. We are moving forward because of the vision of PM Modi.

Chouhan said that this conference is being hold in Bhopal and this city is the best example of water conservation. It is says about Bhopal that Bhopal Tal is the rhythm in lakes. Chouhan said that Rajabhoj had built this pond a thousand years ago. We had got his statue also made in Bhopal Tal itself. If this pond is not there, then the identity of Bhopal will end.
