Prime Minister Modi will Inaugurate India Energy Week Today in Karnataka, Also Launch E20 Fuel

India Energy Week : India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a tour of Karnataka today, 6 February. The Prime Minister will inaugurate ‘India Energy Week 2023’ (IEW) in Bengaluru. This ceremony will run from 6 February to 8 February. It aims to showcase India’s growing power as an energy transformation superpower.

PM Modi tweeted from his Twitter handle on Sunday, saying, “I am looking forward to going to Karnataka.” On reaching Bangalore, he will participate in ‘India Energy Week 2023′. Along with this, the foundation stone of different projects will also be laid.

India Energy Week : Green Mobility Rally

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the event will bring together leaders from conventional, non-conventional energy industries, governments and academia to discuss the challenges and opportunities they face. More than 30 ministers from all over the world will participate in it. Also, more than 30,000 delegates, 1000 exhibitors and 500 speakers will come together to discuss the challenges and opportunities of India’s energy future. During the event, the Prime Minister will participate in an interaction with Global Oil and Oil CEOs. The Prime Minister will also flag off the Green Mobility Rally. This rally will help in creating public awareness for green energy.

PM Will Launch E20 Blending Fuel with Ethanol

India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a tour of Karnataka today, 6 February. The Prime Minister will also launch the uniform under Indian Oil’s ‘Unbottled’ initiative. Indian Oil has adopted recycled polyester (RPET) and cotton uniforms for LPG delivery men with an aim to eliminate single-use plastic. Modi will launch E20, a blending fuel with ethanol. E20 fuel can be mixed with petrol up to 20 per cent. PM will also dedicate the helicopter factory of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in Tumakuru.
