Gujarat Election 2022 : Second Phase Voting is over for 93 seats in Gujarat
Gujarat Election 2022 : Voting has ended on Monday December 5 for the second phase of Gujarat assembly elections. In the second phase till 3 pm, about 51 percent polling done. Those who are still engage in the voting line is vote even after 5 pm. Shortly, Voting for the 182-member Gujarat Legislative Assembly is hold in two phases.

Gujarat Election 2022 held for 93 seats
In the second and last phase of Gujarat elections, voting has hold on 93 seats in 14 districts. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has cast his vote at a polling booth in Ahmedabad. A total of 833 candidates from 61 political parties are contesting in these assembly constituencies spare over Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Gandhinagar and other districts. On December 1, voting is for 89 seats in the first phase, in about 63 percent voting is done. The Gujarat election results will release on December 8 along with Himachal.
Voting for Gujarat Assembly Elections
In the first phase of Gujarat, polling hold in South Gujarat, Kutch and Saurashtra. In the first phase, 788 candidates were in the fray. The highest turnout in the first phase was 82.71 percent in Dediapada, Narmada district. After this, 79.57 percent votes cast in Kaprada, Valsad district. The lowest voter turnout, 47.86%, is record in the Gandhidham seat in Kutch district. Narmada district the highest polling of 78.24%. The lowest voter turnout is 57.58% in Botad district.

Big leaders Campaigned for Gujarat Election 2022
The BJP, which has been in power in the state for 27 years, is eyeing a seventh consecutive term. Apart from the Congress, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is also challenging the BJP in this election. In the Gujarat election campaign, many leaders including PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP President JP Nadda, CM Yogi of UP have held rallies on behalf of BJP.
On behalf of Congress also, many leaders including party president Mallikarjun Kharge, MP Rahul Gandhi, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot were handling the campaign command. For the Aam Aadmi Party, the party’s national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal took charge of the election.
