How to make Dates Laddoos
Ingridients – Half cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp almonds, 1 tbsp raisin, 1 tbsp cashew, 200 gm dates, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp pistachio, 1 tbsp makhana chopped.
To make dates ladoo, clean the dates, take out the pulp and grind it in a mixie. Now heat ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits along with coconut in it for a couple of minutes. After this, take them out and put ghee in the same pan and add flour and fry till it turns brown. than add the ground pulp of dates to the roasted flour. Afterword mixing for a while, add roasted dryfruits to it and immediately take it out in a plate. After cooling, prepare laddoos from this mixture.
