Coronavirus Crisis : Union Health Minister Appeal to Rahul Gandhi to Postpone Bharat Jodo Yatra
Coronavirus Crisis : Corona virus has once again started spreading in all the countries of the world including China. Looking at the situation in China, the Government of India has also become alert. Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has called a high-level meeting on Corona today i.e. Wednesday December 21. Meanwhile, the Union Health Minister has appealed to former Congress President Rahul Gandhi to postpone the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’.

Coronavirus Crisis : Health Minister’s to Rahul Gandhi
Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has written a letter to Rahul Gandhi and Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, urging them to follow the Covid protocol in the Bharat Jodo Yatra. In the letter, he has written, “If this is not possible, a decision should be taken to postpone the yatra in the interest of the country.”
Coronavirus Crisis : Rules Should Be Strictly Followed
In the letter, the Union Health Minister has expressed concern over the danger of spreading corona through ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’. He said, “Since the corona pandemic is a public emergency, a decision can taken to postpone the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ in the interest of the country. Covid guidelines should strictly followed in the ongoing Bharat Jodo Yatra in Rajasthan. People should made to use masks and sanitizers.” Apart from this, an appeal has made to allow only those people who have got the corona vaccine to join the yatra.
Appeal to Postpone Bharat Jodo Yatra
It has said to isolate the passengers before and after joining the journey. In his letter, the Union Health Minister has appealed to Rahul Gandhi to postpone the yatra in the interest of the country. He wrote, “If it is not possible to follow the Covid protocol, then keeping in mind the situation of public health emergency and to save the country from the Covid epidemic, I request to postpone the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ in the interest of the country.”

Congress Retaliates Against Modi Government
At the same time, the Congress has retaliated on this letter of the Union Health Minister. Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhary has called it completely political. He has claimed that fearing Bharat Jodo Yatra, BJP is doing this work. He said, “Bharat Jodo Yatra has horrified the Modi government. To divert the attention of the common people, the BJP is raising various questions. Did PM Modi go door-to-door in the Gujarat elections wearing a mask and following all the protocols.
