Coronavirus Crisis India : The war against Corona virus is going on worldwide. Union Minister Mansukh Mandaviya has said after a meeting with experts and health department officials regarding the new variant that the corona is not over yet. Instructions For Sending Samples To Lab
The Center has ask the states to send sample of all Covid positive case to the INSACOG genome sequencing lab so that the risk of infection can estimate. INSACOG is a platform under the Ministry of Health to study and monitor different variants of Covid-19 in the country. It has link with all the states and union territories.
Random Sampling Of Those Coming From Abroad
To prevent infection, the government has given special guidelines regarding the passengers coming from abroad. Random sampling of passengers coming from abroad has started at airports across the country. While advising the people regarding the transition from the new variant of Omicron, the Central Government has said that there is nothing to panic. People have advise to wear masks in crowded areas.

At present, no Covid-19 protocol is applicable for public gatherings or tourist places in India. After the advisory of the Center in June, masks are not mandatory in any state. In the advisory, states is ask to take a decision on the use of masks. At present, mask are not mandatory at the airport, but in the advisory sent in November, it was advise to maintain social distancing.
