Flight Service will Start on New Route from Jagdalpur Airport This Year, Here see Destinations

Bastar News : In the year 2023, the people of Bastar are going to get a big gift under the flight service of the central government. This year IndiGo can start flight service directly from Jagdalpur to Delhi and Kolkata as well as Visakhapatnam and Mumbai. For this, talks are going on between Indigo and the district administration. Indigo officials have also inspected Jagdalpur airport.

In fact, for a long time there was a demand to start flight service from Jagdalpur to major metros and the country’s capital Delhi. Recently, Bastar MP Deepak Baij also meet Union Aviation Minister Jyotiraj Scindia and demand to start flight services on new routes. On which positive response was also receive from the Union Minister.

Bastar News : These Airline Can Start Flights

In fact, since last year, Alliance Air Company is providing service from Jagdalpur to Hyderabad and from Jagdalpur to capital Raipur with its 72-seater aircraft. This airline is also getting good response from the people. Everyday the seats of this plane are getting filled with passengers. The district administration had also demand from this airline company to start air service on new routes.

Apart from this, Indigo’s air service has start for 3 days a week for the paramilitary forces deploy in Bastar by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA). However, in this, only the jawans have give the facility to come on leave.

At the same time, the officials of the Indigo company have also made up their mind to start domestic airlines from here to metros like Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata and Mumbai, finding Jagdalpur airport right. However, the final meeting is yet to hold between the district administration and the company regarding this.

In such a situation, it is expect that this year Indigo will start air service on new routes from Bastar.
