CM Baghel Target Governor Anusuiya Uikey Regarding Reservation Bill, Make These Allegations
Chhattisgarh Reservation Bill : Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has targeted Governor Anusuiya Uikey while talking to the media on Monday in Raipur on the issue of tribal reservation. He has accused of postponing the reservation bill. He said that the way the Governor is constantly trying to postpone the reservation issue. CM Baghel said that the legal advisor to the governor has become bigger than the assembly because the reservation bill was passed unanimously in the assembly.

Chhattisgarh Reservation Bill : CM Baghel Said-
CM Bhupesh Baghel said that this is a living example of weakening the constitutional institutions. In fact, the Chhattisgarh Government had sent the reservation bill to the Raj Bhavan for signature, but the Governor has not yet signed it, instead the Governor had asked several questions to the Chhattisgarh Government in this regard. However, the Chhattisgarh government has given its answer.
Congress And BJP’s Allegations
Regarding this, the round of allegations and counter-allegations is going on in BJP and Congress. Recently, Governor Anusuiya Uikey had held talks with President Draopadi Murmu on the reservation bill. The governor had asked questions to the government in 10 points in the past. Reply has sent on this. But there is still doubt whether the bill to increase reservation will be approved or not.
Political Ruckus on Chhattisgarh Reservation Bill
In fact, for the last one week, there is a political ruckus on the question send by the Raj Bhavan to the government. It was being says on behalf of the government that it is against the statutory process. But at present the reply has sent to the government. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has said that there is no such provision in the constitution, yet information has give. Now the governor should not delay in signing the bill.

BJP’s Demand
On the other hand, BJP has asked to make public the reply sent by the government. BJP MLA Brijmohan Agarwal said that as in a mistake, the MLA was pass in the assembly. If the answers are not satisfactory then what decision the Governor will take is up to her discretion. This government does not want reservation. ST, SC and OBC society is in the name of reservation and he further said that the reply sent should made public.
