No Covishield Vaccine Booster Dose Stock in Chhattisgarh, Demand from Central
Booster Dose : With the increase in the risk of corona, the demand for booster dose has started increasing. After which it has come to know that the stock of Covishield has run out in Chhattisgarh. In such a situation, those applying both the doses of the vaccine are unable to get the booster dose. The health department has demanded a dose from the central government. All the people who will come to get booster dose till the dose arrives, their names, mobile numbers and addresses will be registered in the vaccination centers. When the dose of Covishield arrives, people will be called and called to apply the dose.

Booster Dose As Per Demand
According to the planning by the health department immediately, limit stock will send to all the centre. Means booster dose will sent as per the demand. So that not even a single dose goes waste. To test the preparedness of the states to deal with Corona, the Central Government has given instructions to conduct mock drills. This instruction has also reached Chhattisgarh. According to this, the health department in the state is whether the kind of claims being make to deal with the corona infection are prepare or not. For this, preparation for mock drill has started. Health Secretary R. Prasanna has ask the collectors to do mockdrill under the Covid protocol management. Instructions have also give to report the mock drill in the central government portal.

Chhattisgarh Position in Booster Dose
The state is backward in third dose. So far, only 34 percent of people between 18 and 59 years have got vaccine. Whereas people are being motivate to get since the third wave of Covid has pass. Far from common people, government employ and officers, even doctors and paramedical staff are not coming forward to get vaccine.
