Governor Anusuiya Uikey will Meet President Murmu Today, Discussion on Chhattisgarh Reservation
Chhattisgarh Reservation : Amidst the issue of tribal reservation going on in Chhattisgarh, Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuiya Uikey has left for Delhi on Sunday evening for a three-day stay. She will meet President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah there. During her three-day stay in Delhi, the governor will meet President Droupadi Murmu on December 20 at 11 am. It is hoped that there can be a discussion regarding Chhattisgarh tribal reservation.

Chhattisgarh Reservation : Governor Said
Before leaving for Delhi, Chhattisgarh Governor Anusuiya Uikey while talking to the media on Sunday evening said that this is a routine visit. It was the earlier propose tour. She told that she will meet the President and the Prime Minister in Delhi. On the other hand, regarding the reservation bill, the governor said that when it was decide to go to Delhi, the situation did not arise like this. But now the circumstances have come in between, so I will discuss on reservation as well. The governor said that he has sent his 10 questions from the legal opinion. As soon as the answer comes, they will consider it.
Reservation Amendment Bill
Let us tell you that the Reservation Amendment Bill was pass in the Vidhansabha by calling a special session. In the reservation amendment bill passed by the Chhattisgarh government from the assembly, the state government has made a provision of 13 percent reservation for SC, 32 percent for ST, 27 percent for OBC and four percent for EWS. But at present this bill is waiting for the signature of the Governor in the Raj Bhavan. The governor has not yet signed it. They say that they are still taking legal opinion on this.

58% Reservation Canceled by High Court
58% reservation was repeal by the High Court as unconstitutional. Let us tell you that on September 19, the High Court had cancel the 58 percent reservation running in the state since 2012. Calling it unconstitutional. After this, the state government has pass the Reservation Amendment Bill in the Vidhansabha making a provision to give total 76 percent reservation.
